This experiment explores the complete process of using a hyperspectral color measurement system to evaluate color differences in plastic casings of electronic components.

「檢測環境 / Testing Environment」

首(shǒu)先(xiān),我們把(bǎ)待(dài)測(cè)的(dí)塑料(liào)外(wài)殼(ké)逐一(yī)安(ān)放(fàng)在暗室內(nèi)的(dí)水平(píng)位(wèi)移平(píng)台(tái)上(shàng),暗(àn)室(shì)頂(dǐng)部布置(zhì)有(yǒu)條(tiáo)形鹵(lǔ)素燈(dēng)作(zuò)為照明(míng),平(píng)台匀速(sù)移(yí)動(dòng)的(dí)同(tóng)時,一台覆(fù)蓋(gài)400–1000nm,光譜(pǔ)分(fēn)辨率優於(yú)2.8nm的高光(guāng)譜(pǔ)相(xiāng)機以綫(xiàn)性(xìng)推(tuī)掃方(fāng)式采集完整(zhěng)光譜(pǔ)圖(tú)像;所有Lab計算均采用D65光源與(yǔ)2°視(shì)角的(dí)參(cān)數組合。

The plastic casings to be measured were individually placed on a horizontal translation stage inside a darkroom. A halogen strip lamp was installed at the top of the darkroom to provide uniform illumination. While the stage moved at a constant speed, a hyperspectral camera covering 400–1000 nm with a spectral resolution better than 2.8 nm captured complete spectral images in a push-broom scanning mode. All Lab value calculations were performed using the D65 illuminant and a 2° standard observer angle.

- OK: Indicates that the calculated ∆E of the current region is < 0.5

- NG: Indicates that the calculated ∆E of the current region is > 0.5


ΔE值(zhí)解釋標準:

0-1: 人眼(yǎn)幾乎無(wú)法察覺的(dí)顏色差異(yì)。

1-2: 隻(zhī)有經過(guò)訓練(liàn)的(dí)人才能察(chá)覺到(dào)細微(wēi)差(chà)異。

2-3: 未經過(guò)訓練的人也能(néng)察覺(jué)到輕微的顏(yán)色(sè)差(chà)異。

3-6: 顯(xiǎn)而易(yì)見的顏色(sè)差異。

6-12: 強烈的顏(yán)色差(chà)異。

>12: 顏(yán)色不同(tóng)

∆E Interpretation Criteria:

- 0–1: Color difference is virtually imperceptible to the human eye.

- 1–2: Only trained observers can detect slight differences.

- 2–3: Untrained individuals can perceive minor color variations.

- 3–6: Clearly visible color difference.

- 6–12: Strong color difference.

- >12: Colors are completely different.


「總結(jié) / Conclusion」

通過反(fǎn)射率曲(qū)綫(xiàn)可見各個樣(yàng)品的(dí)曲綫均不(bù)相(xiāng)同(tóng),同(tóng)時(shí)在(zài)高光譜(pǔ)圖像中人(rén)眼即可(kě)分(fēn)辨出顏(yán)色差異,而由Lab值計(jì)算(suàn)結(jié)果(guǒ)亦表明各樣(yàng)品(pǐn)存在(zài)明顯(xiǎn)的(dí)顏(yán)色差異(yì)。

The reflectance curves show distinct spectral characteristics for each sample. Color differences are visually discernible in the hyperspectral images, and the calculated Lab values further confirm significant color variations among the samples.
